      Knowbe4 prioritizes financial success and numerical achievements over the overall well-being of its employees. The work environment can feel robotic, with an abundance of unnecessary meetings. If you prefer a different work experience, I highly recommend exploring other options. Despite positive reviews, it's important to note that raises are not anticipated for next year and bonuses are infrequent.
