Onboarding process is extensive with tons of training. Morning meeting for all employees led by the CEO. Games/Prizes and other fun things. Cash Bonuses.

Cons

I haven't found any downsides yet. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros

I am new, so I don't have a TON of opinions yet, but I can say that the onboarding and training process is very comprehensive and intense (it's a lot of information), but it is also very fun. Lyss and the entire training team make getting adjusted to a new company very easy and comfortable.

Cons

It is a lot of information to take in very quickly, and the company moves very fast, so it can be kind of intimidating at first to get your bearings and get in a flow.

Pros

It is all about customer experience the work atmosphere is positive and fun. Everybody tries their best and wants to succeed. And everyone understands that teamwork is what gets things done. Management is very engaged and friendly. They want the best, but if you are willing to get the work in, you will be both rewarded and appreciated.

Cons

Hypergrowth isn't for everyone. (Although I love it; keeps things moving along quickly).
