Pros
I can't overstate how nice and approachable the employees are at KnowBe4. They made me feel right at home immediately and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. The work is fast-paced and I am able to work across multiple projects and people in multiple roles. Our CEO often calls out the fact that we are the 'good guys' saving companies from bad actors which is fulfilling. The role fits between product owners and the dev team and works in conjunction with scrum masters to make sure project stories are well written developed and tested.
Cons
The job can be stressful if you are spanning multiple projects trying to keep up with each and balance when each project is at different stages.
