Pros

The pros so far include training and the onboarding process in general. Lorna and Amanda are amazing trainers and are always there to help, whether they are busy or not. The first week (onboarding) with Lyss AND Andi was well put together. Whoever came up with the onboarding deserves some kudos. It all makes sense. The scavenger hunt gets your face out to potential managers while they mix in a stroll to Starbucks and a lunch with your fellow newbies to get acquainted . Stu is unlike any higher up that I've ever met. He is completely open about every aspect of the company. It is incredibly refreshing.

Pros

Great pay, lots of opportunities to move up. Almost all management come from promotions within. Benefits are great and improving.

Cons

Growth is slowing. Hiring is getting picky (as they should be). Low-performers that have been safe for some time, will be under increasing pressure to improve their performance or be replaced. Not sure this is a con, but some people won't be happy.

Growth is slowing? We just had our 23rd up quarter. It is true that we are in hyper-growth and have a lot of production to get done. We need those Knowsters who want to: Do it Right the first time, Do it fast and Have FUN while they are doing it!!! We believe you should have fun at work and we do not look to replace people. :)
