Great company to work for. Everything you could ask for in a company. Forward thinking company with a lot of smart, positive people. They pay is great as well as company wide bonuses that reward everyone for performance, not just the sales department so everyone is motivated to do a great job in their department and help each other. Open Door policy with any feedback or questions. Stu is a great CEO and has great leadership. The dress code is relaxed so that you come to work comfortable to allow you to do a great job. From what I've seen, I'm new but there's a lot of room to advance and be promoted quickly. Everyone is friendly in the company. Snacks are provided. Open PTO Policy. Relaxed, but focused, and positive atmosphere.

Cons

I can't think of anything. Truly great company to work for.

Pros

Great energy from everyone. The company seems to be doing very well and the CEO knows what he is doing. The monthly bonuses are great and the quota are not too unrealistic. Office is beautiful, amazing views, free snacks etc... Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved. If you have dependents you'll pay a lot out of pockets. Hours are too strict. If my brain is fried at 5, I'd rather go home then stick around for an hour just because it's the rule. It's counterproductive.

Yay to fun places to work. I wanted to give a quick update... We have changed to have Flex Time which allows you to adjust your schedule with your manager. We now have an HSA and FSA options to help with healthcare.
