      Pros

      From the first call to now my experience at KB4 has been undoubtablely the best work experience i have had. Amazing investment into my personal and professional development. Other companies would do well to follow in the footsteps of KB4.

      Cons

      I genuinely do not have a negative to my experience here. This surprises me as i have been one who may look for and be open about both sides of every story, but i just dont have a negative to give.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Unlimited PTO is truly unlimited PTO. It's not common you see sales departments having over 80% of their reps consistently hitting quota and beyond. Awesome product that fits our customers needs and out-shines a lot of the competition.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like there is a bit too much admin to do.
