Pros

Plenty of communication before you start, making sure you know what to expect, what you will need etc. Extensive and professional training that ensures you get an early understanding of what the company is and what you are helping them achieve. A great team culture that is both welcoming, but at the same time also very clear on what negative traits are not welcome in the workplace. Very refreshing and transparent in their self-evaluations. Generous compensation and holiday benefits. A fast growing company with plenty of room to show your value and work your way up through the company.

Good to learn the field. Co workers are fun. Treat the employees well, most of the time.

Cons

Scientology values are apparent. Micromanagement and stat tracking are a little overboard. The company culture is disingenuous. SE's don't get paid enough.
