As a growing organization, we are always adding new headcount and monitoring our commission plans to make changes that ensure everyone can achieve or exceed their annual on-target earnings (OTE) when retention targets are met or exceeded. As we are now a part of Vista Equity Partners, we will be leaning on their expertise to update our pay and commission plans for sales and CSM team members. Our CEO and CRO have mentioned the coming changes a few times during our daily company-wide meetings, and we strongly believe everyone will be very happy with the coming updates.
