      Was amazing... then they were acquired.

      Pros

      Sadly, only current PRO I can think of is Unlimited PTO (there used to be more, but the company has severely changed).

      Cons

      *Used to be fully remote, but then forced employees back to a hybrid state (even when they were hired remotely) *Underpaid as a CSM (what used to help counteract that was the bonuses and strong commission, but that keeps getting smaller and smaller) *Used to be really customer focused... but now just money hungry. * LAY OFFS (due to the acquisition, they made A LOT of changes, The CEO lied to the faces of everyone when we were concerned of that, but promised no lay offs and no pay cuts. (spoiler alert, both happened)

      Hi Knowster. Our hybrid work set up has been put in place to remain customer-oriented so we can have our team collaborating together to create the best customer experience possible. Our employees and customers have always been front of mind, and they always will be. Stu has mentioned in our company-wide daily briefings that restructuring has taken place, especially on the revenue side. The cybersecurity industry is rapidly changing, and we must change with it to remain competitive.

      Once a great company, now an empty shell.

      Pros

      Open PTO and hybrid work options. Strong sense of fun in the workplace.

      Cons

      Pay not to scale. Limited advancement opportunities. More and more departments are being liquidated since buyout. Loss of emphasis on inclusion and fun. Cuts to product and quality of service.

      Company is not ethical

      Pros

      Smart people, cool technology, nice offices

      Cons

      Company is ran by religious zealots. If you are a Scientologist, you will love it. If you’re not, you will be discriminated against and subjected to their beliefs and strange behaviors daily. Employees play petty office politics over unwritten and unspoken rules. Environment is tense all the time. Nerf gun fights all the time, felt like a middle school being run by the students.
