      Most of the staff is friendly

      Cons

      The recruiters lie to you when being hired, saying you will make this much and you won't. Also They say their leads are great leads that come in, another lie. There is no help at all, you ask for help from your managers, wait a bunch of hours because that is how long it will take to get an answer.

      Every staff member is made to feel welcome and very much part of the team, right from the CEO down to the new-starter. It's all super transparent - there's nothing left for guessing. The training is all laid out and tailor-made for your specific role and the quality of the training content is second to none! Fantastic video and graphic presentations as well as very well-written and clear policies, with all the terms you need to know clearly defined. There is plenty of room for progression and this is made clear from the onset. You have all the support you need or want the whole time.
