Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We never want anyone to feel “locked” to their computer while working at KnowBe4. On the contrary, we treat employees like adults and give them freedom, transparency, and flexibility. During training, we want to support employees as much as possible by keeping the trainers accessible, so our new team members join a virtual meeting room where they can ask for a trainer’s help at any time. Videos can be turned off, audio can be muted, and people can come and go, but trainers are always available when needed.
