      We get to meet our CEO every day. Yes you heard it right,we can! AMA's with CEO, CRO, CHO and higher management where you ask anything under the sky. Being a global company we have someone somewhere to always support you. We are made to feel "special" and the confidence amplifies YOY with us being trained by experienced coaches. Yes I mean dedicated Coaches! Incentivized on every single sale not just you , but the entire team. I feel "special" and "valuable" at KB4.

      Pros

      The onboarding and training is absolutely incredible. You are strongly supported from the day you start your job. University, Sales Training, Internship. The Coach goes deeply into salesforce training. Channel Account Management itself is really "sophisticated", the product is well known in the industry, and it is easy to sell. Office is situated in Steglitz, very easy to get to. Monthly Team Events. Salary is very good, uncapped sales bonus.

      Cons

      Official working hours are 09:00-18:00pm, which makes the day very long. I would prefer 08:00 to 17:00pm.
