      Great culture - lower pay

      Pros

      Culture is good, people are great. CEO, CRO, and VPs actually care about you. Loved working there

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the industry, even for SMB Market is saturated (although they are the industry leader) Micromanaged "Why didn't you make any calls between 2-4"

      Great Company culture, Good Benefits, Great Leadership - based on my past experiences, it is rare for a CEO to have a company wide meeting and that too everyday!, complete transparency about the company growth, what is happening, where we are headed to, etc. Great people to work with.
