Although base pay varies for every Knowster based on experience, department, and productivity, we do not have an “if we like you, you get paid more” policy ;) and we do our best to provide company-wide adjustments and compensation raises as necessary. We also just hired a Senior Director of Compensation Analysis who will work with leadership on making effective pay decisions and designing compensation programs for all positions at KnowBe4.
