flexible, emphasis on development, culture, snacks, it feels like management really cares about you. the company is in hypergrowth so there's a lot of change, but it seems to be for the better

Transparency, daily briefing meetings that keep the company on the same page We use Slack, this is superior for communication. 401k + 3.5% match We actually have the best swag, quality products you actually WANT to own Sustainability and DEI departments and ERG's that actually makes impacts in the business A mission driven product with proven impact

Cons

Every company has growing pains, especially with growing as fast as we did - the company has grown there have been more communication gaps between departments. Pay could be more competitive.
