Some employees try to bring negativity and/or abuse our privileges and they stand out in a bad way. We don't appreciate that.

Another year in, and the sheen hasn't worn off! This is the most competently run company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Not enough fully remote positions - I've got friends outside of Clearwater that would be great hires but they can't move their families.
