Great Onboarding and Training!

Onboarding process is wonderful. They make the awkwards aspects of joining a company as fun as possible and are truly happy that you are with the team. I had Alyssa (Lyss) as my onboarding specialist and she made me feel comfortable and at home right away. Training thus far has been top notch.

Cons

None at this point in time.

Pros

You know exactly what is going on and the CEO is extremely transparent. There is a lot of growth and they are the right size to learn new things and somewhat entrepreneurial but big enough to have processes and you can grow with the company.

Cons

If you don't like change or a dynamic growth environment, probably not for you.

Pros

Incredible sense of ownership throughout the entire organization on all levels. Very competitive salary, great benefits, and cash bonus+performance bonuses. Transparency that I haven't experienced anywhere else, clear path for self improvement and expansion, unlimited PTO(even though you don't really want to be away from this place).

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, I'm being forced to input 5 words in this section, otherwise I would have left it blank.
