Free Snacks. Bizarre monthly cash comps (are these legal?)

Cons

Stepford employees reporting to inexperienced, poorly skilled (read: inept) managers who fell into place due to a period of rapid growth. Coercive tactics to achieve positive employee satisfaction surveys. Interview to employment was a real bait n' switch. Highly successful corporations do not operate in this manner! Work- Life balance should not be ignored, employees have families.

Great Career & Company

Pros

Energetic and enthusiastic co-workers & managers. Clean new facilities. Managers are encouraging and want to see you succeed. Everyone works together. Tons of room for growth and advancement internally. Good compensations and benefits. Great TPO and WFH options. Management is super involved and positive.

Cons

Hours are 9am-6pm for everyone across the board. Parking is a little walk away (for now). Overall everything is Great!

The environment at KnowBe4 is catered to the happiness, health and stability of the employees. The company genuinely wants to know from it's employees what they could do to better their work lives and then implements to create a positive atmosphere.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any.
