I have left the company last year but not been able to write a review until now. I've been working at KnowBe4 Company for almost 3 and a half years and I can confidently say that it's one of the best places I've ever worked at. The company has a supportive culture where everyone is encouraged to collaborate and help each other out. The team members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The Product Engineering team at KnowBe4 Company is also very supportive and understanding. They're always open to feedback and suggestions, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. They've created a positive work environment where employees can thrive and grow both professionally and personally. Another thing that I appreciate about the Company is their commitment to employee development. They offer various training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to help employees enhance their skills and advance in their careers. Cons
As the sole person responsible for managing the Sales Engineering and Tech Support teams in my region, there are instances when my workload can become overwhelming. While I do receive assistance from colleagues across the region, there are occasions when we require prompt responses to customers and immediate support is necessary. Overall, everything is best for me.
