      Pros

      Profit sharing, casual atmosphere, hosted lunches and celebrations, snacks, fast growing company with a great product.

      Cons

      Working 9-6, would prefer 8-5. Benefits could be better. Matching 401k. Sales lead model needs improvement.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard mentality. Co workers who are like family. Appreciated and validated. Fun atmosphere that allows you to get you know what done. Growth. Advancement opportunities. Unlimited PTO. Snacks. Coffee. Yoga. Gym membership. Cash bonuses. Team work. You get what you put into it. We are a successful company because we work hard, take care of business and stick together through it all. I have never worked in a place where I felt so appreciated and had the feeling of making a difference and contributing.

      Cons

      Parking isn't the greatest. Everyone has a spot and it's free, just not always an ideal location. Healthy snacks when you just want a candy bar!

      Parking is always a fun issue with hyper growth. We are constantly working on ways to improve and will continue to do so. This is why we hand out KB4 umbrellas on day one!

      Great growth and leadership to continue that growth Leadership is insightful and adjusts according to the growing pains as they occur Fun environment Intelligent, dedicated employees

      Cons

      I have to say, a year plus later, still amazed at the opportunities here - no Cons that I have experienced. With fast hyper-growth, a company has the potential to have issues. Here the management is agile and nimble to adjust and make changes as needed quickly to the benefit of all and side-step any issues.
