The CEO prides himself on being "unusual" which in this case is a FANTASTIC perk. You can feel the energy of the company is different because of the leadership. A professional company that's also fun? Sign me up. I've worked here roughly 4 months now and the main thing that sticks out in my mind is the "team" mindset. It doesn't feel as if the company is divided between "sales" and "everyone else". Everybody is on one team, all working toward the same goal because with such a successful product, it's easy to get excited about! And that permeates the environment daily! The cash bonuses are a huge perk as well as the beautiful location. I also really love that management understands that adults have adult responsibilities sometimes and Open Time Off policy really allows flexibility with kids, family, friends and travel. I can't comment on the career opportunities yet as my time here has been short so far! But from my observation, the HR staff sees untapped talent and uses it as needed!
