      Great Interview Process!

      Pros

      Because I was interested in working for the company I reached out to an employee with KnowBe4, who was a friend of mine and former coworker. I was quickly contacted by HR and had a short phone interview followed by an interview scheduled for the same week. As soon as I walked into the beautiful KnowBe4 offices I knew this corporation was where I belonged. The interview was with two different managers/leaders of the company who were both extremely easy to talk to. The assessment testing, assistance from HR employees, and overall interview process was the best and most easy going I had ever had! I got the offer for my position the same day, and I could not be more excited to be part of this team! The wonderful culture of this group is already apparent and the HR team is top notch!

      There seems to not be one con of this company, all of the employees have wonderful things to say about KnowBe4!

      Interview Process, Benefits and New Hire Fun

      Pros

      The interview process was easy and thorough and relaxed. I have since been hired and i'ts been great so far, I'm 2 days in, it's fast paced but doable, very organized, orientation scavenger hunt to assist us in finding and meeting our coworkers and departments. Lots of walk through's to learn the ins and outs of the processes. The benefits are excellent and the pay scales are not insulting like where I was before. I am looking forward to a long and amazing career here.

      Great Company and Interview Process

      Pros

      Salary+ for sales. Everyone in the company plays "THE GAME" and earns a bonus. Office hours a 9am-6pm

      Cons

      Haven's come across any yet. I think for some the pace is a little fast.

      We do have a flex schedule policy and a work from home as needed. And we know we are in hyper growth so we are moving VERY fast! :)
