      I am a New Employee (a week and a half) and their onboarding/training process is absolutely awesome. They spare no expense when it comes to ensuring that employees are well equipped with knowledge to carry out their responsibilities.

      I'm pretty new to the company 6 months but I must say the CEO Stu is the kind of leader that every company should have. He is Right, Fast & Fun ! If you wanted to fill that your job is a place where you learn every day! You will fill at home!! Everything is well organised and the support + training is just new era as an employee you will be worked with to come over your weaknesses and be able to deliver as you never did before. And be sure that this company promote a lot of it's internals. The whole Company culture is very unique and I'm glad that I have chosen KnowBe4! It is really people oriented and I'm really planning to invest myself here!!

      Pros

      There is a diversity in your Job. While on Job you will get coaching to grow more in your domain. Amazing work culture and every day we get Energy booster call with our CEO.

      Cons

      For me its just a work from home thing as our new office is getting setup and i am waiting to resume from office.
