As a company it feels as though they are very transparent with what they're trying to achieve and what they want from you as a worker, whilst talking to you as an intelligent grown-up.
Cons
It has a strong company culture so be prepared to get involved- there's no standing on the the byline. If you thrive in a structured environment and are happy to stick with the protocol you'll be fine, if you are more of a freethinking questioner- you may struggle.
