Friendly and enthusiastic people, great culture and transparent business. The best decision I ever made was coming to work for KnowBe4. I can understand why we were voted the #1 Place to Work in the Tampa area.

Cons

There isn't anything negative I have to say about this company. Business is booming, people are great, senior management has a no door policy... all is great.

Who wouldn't want to work with an up and coming company with a track record for success? Not only is Knowbe4 offering a product/service that is vital to the industry, they also know how to take care of their employees. They offer competitive pay, opportunities for growth, excellent benefits and incentives. To top this all off, one of the best training programs to ensure a success with the company!

Pros

This is a great place to work. KnowBe4 is a winning team, that just had its 12th highest-ever quarter. The products of KnowBe4 are very needed and relevant and really do something effective to create savvy employees who protect their companies against cyber attacks. The CEO is right on the cutting edge of cyber security and is a recognized authority in the field. The whole team is in great communication, and the company is managed with complete transparency. I honestly have never experienced anything quite like it.
