      Pays well - work is mundane

      Pays well and each month you receive commission

      Cons

      Management expects high energy and positive work culture. But the actual job is very boring and mundane. You make 30 calls each day as touch points to your clients, who typically do not want to hear from you. Typically companies do security awareness training twice a year and your job is to have them do it every month. Just doesn’t make sense.

      Arrogant leadership, disconnected middle management, no room for growth. Pay is beyond abysmal for the work required.

      Hello Knowster. Stu only addresses personal questions when prompted during Ask Me Anything sessions, as radical transparency is a top priority at KnowBe4. Our compensation is competitive for the Tampa market, as evidenced by the salary section on Glassdoor. We cannot control salary entries there, and as of 1/17/25, it is showing the following: $95k median pay for CSM, Account Manager $96k, Regional Account Manager $154k. We had 198 internal promotions last year. Yes, the rate has slowed since our extreme hypergrowth years, but we always look internally to advance our best employees.
