      Pros

      If you aren't doing well, there are people whose hat is solely to help you be able to do your job better You are hired for your abilities and personality, you're kept on because of your production and results Expectations are black and white Company bonus and "profit sharing" from day one you walk in and start

      Cons

      Schedule isn't flexible (9-6) unless you work the Eastern World clients Don't expect to be able to do things "you're own way" unless you've proven yourself on the job for well past your 90 day probation, even then you have to stick to what works

      Actually, we *have* flex schedule these days—at popular request ! Also, we actually we do run frequent surveys to find out if there are areas that need to be addressed, and we have a whole bunch of best-practices we are using that have proven essential if you are in hyper-growth.       Pros

      Free snacks, coffee and tea, Bean bag chairs for the daily morning meetings, AMAZING view of the water from the top floors, Everyone is friendly and respectful, Unlimited PTO, (just don't go crazy) Company-wide bonuses, Fun activities and rewards, Right - Fast - Fun is the motto, Stu is an amazing CEO!

      Cons

      No company mascot. No matching 401k. In-building parking is limited, you may need to walk a couple of blocks to get to the building.

      Stu is amazing... We all think so as well! :) We do match the 401K now: 3% in 2018 and 3.5% in 2019. Parking has expanded. We do our best to make it good for all and have BIG plans in 2019 for more parking expansion.

      Literally the BEST place to work

      Pros

      Relaxed dress code, awesome CEO and management, no micro management, hour lunch and breaks daily, Yoga one day per week, oversized bean bags in townhall where we have our company wide morning meeting and you can also take your breaks there(i DO! :-) ) Amazing co workers *have to take a personality test to work here, so they weed out the negative peeps* You can work from home when needed, open Vacation and Sick time (no limit, just don't take advantage) Free gym membership, CEO takes us and family to Hollo-scream each year, and rents out the movie theater several times per year and takes us to movies to include snacks or dinner and lots of other activities for us and our families and sometimes just us. ;-) Fun atmosphere! Our saying is Do it right the first time, Do it Fast, Have fun While you DO it!

      Cons

      Literally the only thing I can think of is that our schedule is 9-6 which may change over time with how fast we're growing..but getting off at 6pm puts me home at about 7pm and makes it rough to make a decent dinner for the fam and to have time with them!
