      Very new here, but love it!

      Pros

      The onboarding process and transition to KB4 was a great experience. They were very accommodating to existing plans I had before starting training, so PTO was not a problem and I felt no pressure for needing time off during training. The office is great vibes, and the culture really is something special. I can tell people want to see you succeed, help you succeed, and be a part of your success story.

      Cons

      9am-6pm in the office 4 days a week + Friday work remote. Traffic can be difficult getting to and from the office.

      - Good training makes it perfect as an entry level sales career - Promotes internally - Decent pay/commission structure

      Cons

      - Compensation has taken a serious hit since the Vista acquisition. - Unattainable quotas especially for enterprise - Job security feels iffy at times
