Business Outlook
Pros
Great work experience with fantastic coworkers. You have the opportunity to learn things outside of your scope if you so choose. I think the execs do care but they have major growing pains.
Cons
It's chaotic a lot of the time and you will often get competing directions from management. Pay isn't great to begin with and raises/bonuses are dangled in front of you while you are asked to make great personal sacrifices and take on additional responsibilities outside of your role.
