Great company. Innovative. Management actually cares about the employees and their professional development. Good client base, growing, solid ethics and an attitude and capability of a larger more mature company.

Cons

none. Knowesis is a small company, so growing within the corporate structure is not readily available, but for a company this size, that's to be expected.
