Pros

I really enjoyed engaging in the blog world. The commenters often provided commentary that would ultimately be implemented by the company.

Cons

Standard work from day to day. I would have liked to engage in other departments to gain a great aspect of the whole company.

Pros

The people & supervisors were great! Feedback was given often on performance, interns were invited to company meetings, and some of my duties included getting product reviews, product testing, coordinating contests, and writing blog entries. Interns were always invited to share their ideas and input on things going on in the company. The environment was very welcome and friendly. There's also great company perks like a kitchen of food for employees and when there's company meetings, there's fun activities to get to know everyone better. Also, as a student, my supervisor was very flexible with giving me days off/letting me come in late/leave early due to exams and other school commitments.

Cons

Sometimes the work does get repetitive and boring. It's also SUPER quiet in the office.

Pros

Good pay Interesting and fun games to develop Chance to work on different platforms and technologies Excellent talent

Cons

Distributed development with 11 hours of time zone difference. If you are into mgmt, your days and nights are of no consideration Excessive processes for trivial things Senior mgmt is a pain some times Complex and messy politics in the office Work pressure can be very high at times Lots of pointing fingers. Dodging is the skill here, but not really
