A few good people. Some flexibility but got way worse over the years

The company management lacks basic business knowledge. Employees are not treated well and not paid well. The fundamental business model is wasting taxpayers dollars by abusing the SBIR program. No vision for growth and no career advancement available. Borrow, cheat, and steal at the expense of customers and employees.
