The so-called leader knows nothing and relies solely on his ego to succeed, not on technical skills. I advise against joining the company now. Previously, hard work was rewarded with benefits, but now there are no hikes, bonuses, or perks. The workplace is rife with high politics. The leader believes he is running a rocket launch mission and expects everyone to work hard, yet he lacks knowledge and relies on us for everything, only to assess our work at the end. It's baffling how he got promoted. Such people are leading QA, making it the worst leadership I have ever seen. Buddy, please set aside your ego and learn something, or you will be in trouble very soon.
