Knowledge Services is ok. They are friendly and helpful with onboarding.

Cons

I had six years prior experience with the same contacted company and still started at the same starting rate. Inside management doesn’t like to promote because the SEM micromanages and doesn’t treat employees fairly and can’t keep staff so they hire out instead of promoting within. The benefits are awful and out of network everywhere in my city.
