      Pros

      This is a company that genuinely cares about employees and culture. Being a part of a company that is growing so fast is hugely exciting as you feel like your potential to grow is only limited by yourself.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced environment so if you don't like being challenged daily to do better and be better every day then it's probably not the workplace for you.

      Pros

      Really loved joining Koala, especially during Covid times onboarding and meeting the wider team is challenging, but Koala have gone above and beyond to make sure this experience has been as smooth and in depth as possible! A great place to work with great people! They make you feel really valued!

      Cons

      I have only been in the role a few months but no negatives to talk about!
