      Pros

      - get to talk, regularly, with the C-suite - champion/challenger model - complex problems; get to wear a lot of hats - proper controls but not a ton of red tape - modern software and engineering norms/practices - good people

      Cons

      we run lean, and we're a company so we have deadlines like any other company and it can be difficult to meet those all of the time

      Pros

      Koalafi is a fantastic place to work! Despite all the unforeseen challenges over the last 3-4 years, the leadership has kept us headed in the right direction. A big bonus is that they truly care and want the best for every employee. Koalafi is a lean organization filled with pros in every department. It hasn’t been easy but it has been very rewarding! If you want a challenge that leads to personal growth and success, Koalafi is the place for you.

      Cons

      Headwinds outside of Koalafi’s control (and their reaction to them) can and have had a negative impact on employees at times. But this is true in most industries.
