As always, we appreciate this positive and constructive feedback. As a company and a Sales team we are constantly striving for great heights. In order to achieve those heights, we need to be great at converting leads to prospects and prospects to active dealer partners. We also need to be productive to achieve as many conversions as possible. As a company we will always strive to balance basic production with the skills required to convert each lead and prospect to active dealers. As a reflection of what we deem important, most of our commission is paid based on converting leads into active dealers. We do not pay any commission based on number of calls. Paul Gilman EVP, Sales
