We continually benchmark our pay structure to ensure we are paying at the top of the market along with territory assignments to ensure travel efficiency and relatively balanced opportunities for each of our field sales folks. Throughout this past year our field team has become 3x more efficient – partially as a result of ensuring balanced “territories” - and has enjoyed increasing financial/commission payments as a result!

      Great skills that are transferable. If you need experience get it here.

      Cons

      Awful work life balance, management does not care, open door policy but when you speak your mind there is a target on your back, pay is awful-negotiate better for yourself because they will and do underpay. You start to question your sanity at one point, no need to stay here longer than 6 months. If you are loud enough they will listen and then find a reason to fire you.
