      They really do care!

      Pros

      - Everyone is passionate about at least one the following ;company, product, work, industry, leaning and technology. - The Leadership is very involved and hands on. They take the time to connect with everyone and learn about your goals. - Give you the freedom to grow, learn and deliver excellence.

      Cons

      - Small to Medium Size firms, still working through putting processes in place. But with that being said. If there is any suggestion to make current processes better. Leadership takes them on board seriously and make transparent decisions; to either fix the problem or give real reasons for why not.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      West Creek is a great place to work with a ton of opportunity for growth and advancement. The company continues to grow rapidly, which is awesome for developing new skills and learning the industry.

      Cons

      There are no cons or concerns I can think of off the top of my head. It's a very fast paced work environment so it's important to be able to adapt to sudden changes, but overall keeps everyone busy while developing a lot of beneficial skills that can be useful all around.
