Doesn't be decieved by friendly faces

Pros

-AI lovers will feel at home cause they're putting it everywhere. -Embrace new technologies. -They love working out.

Cons

-Management pretends to be friendly, but as soon as something goes wrong, they'll quickly pass down the punishment to employees. They don't care about employees. They only care for themselves. -Management secretly runs things like a dictatorship. They'll cut the fat out to keep it that way. -AI loving board members. Which means they're pushing AI hard. -Move fast and never stop to think about doing things right.

Exceptional working environment

Pros

- Lots of transparency around the state of the business, both successes and challenges - Everyone I've worked with is extremely competent in what they do - Wonderful work culture, moving fast together and getting stuff done - Org culture of always making things better - Empathy for the customer

Cons

- 2+ days in office (though pretty flexible) - Some meeting fatigue, still figuring out a good balance for this

Great Place To Work

Pros

Hugely successful company, very generous with frequent office events. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Lots of transparency, which starts at the top. I have a meaningful job and I know I make a difference every day. We're always trying to improve how we work. Excellent culture, which is definitely a challenge when you have so many new faces starting every week.

Cons

At one point I felt like we were experiencing some growing pains when it came to communication, but we've worked hard to improve in that area. It's still not perfect, but it's a good example of the company identifying a weakness and addressing it aggressively, which is definitely another pro.
