      Seemed like a good company at first but then so much politics and they only let the americans get top jobs

      Pros

      Most people in the same boat so had good working relationship with them.

      Cons

      Managers, hard to fight for employees. Bonus always claimed to be good every year. but received nothing to very little. But heard the culture is better in the US

      Great team, management and processes. You get involved in various projects on day one. Very flat structure, great evironment

      Nothing to add here. The company does great, really got processes and culture. Keep it up!
