      Pros

      I love the company culture and my coworkers. It’s very laid back but equally as professional. It has been such a blessing to be a part of the Koch team and working along side some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met.

      There are no bonuses and raises are hard to come by

      Decent benefits, most employees are decent people

      Cons

      Raises and bonuses are highly subjective. A marginal system does not exist where one should expect a raise or any other incentive, even if they have put forth the effort that can be quantified.
