Pros

Good group of people -- Great Atlanta location. Starting salaries are relatively in line with the market. Good opportunity to work on different technologies.

Cons

Bonus program is not very effective. Lacks appropriate leadership. Only way to truly advance your career is to move to one of the Koch subsidiary companies.

Pros

Great pay in this economy and the company continues to grow. Love what I do.

Cons

Once you're in, you may not have the opportunity to move to other positions as easily as one may think. Current supervisor has to approve applying for other positions within company and if you do not have a good relationship with your supervisor, not good. Also, mgmt. looks at you differently when they hear you want out of a particular dept. Even when that dept may not be the right fit for you and you could excel in a diff position.

top management is very good at steering the company at right direction. they are very practical. the company value increases a lot over the years

Cons

hard to move up in this company. salary increase is much less compared to the peers. you need get a good entry price. but may never get a raise in many years
