Pros

At KBX you create your own career path, nobody creates it for you. If you are eager and willing to succeed at KBX you will need to take initiative and seek out opportunities to grow. There is plenty opportunity for both lateral and vertical movement if you are open to change. Some employees have been in 1 position, on one team for years because that is what they enjoy and what they are most comfortable with and management gladly welcomes this; but, if you are ready for a change your leaders are always willing to help you grow and guide you along the way. KBX managers tend to keep their employees best interest in mind at all times. Leaders are always willing to work around your outside life and make sure you are happy inside and outside of the office. Overtime opportunities are available but if you choose but are not required which is a huge plus. My mangers have made a huge impact on my happiness here at KBX. They have taught me many lessons about transportation and even life outside of work. Joining KBX directly after graduating college has been a wonderful transition into the work force. I have grown both professionally and personally in my short year here. I have made many friends and mentors and this is just the beginning.

Cons

Not enough face to face interaction with facilities personnel we plan for and work with daily. Management sometimes travels to visit our customers facilities but the planners are the ones working with the customers daily and should be able to put a face to a name on an email or voice over the phone.
