      Principled culture; focus on creating value; Challenging work; Focus on innovation; Ability to participate in community events and charities; Competitive compensation;

      Cons

      Currently, most employees work a set schedule of 8 to 4:45; Monday through Friday. Many other companies offer flexible work schedules. The ability to adjust my work schedule (without compromising value created or performance) would be helpful.

      Pros

      The two best things about working at Koch are the people, including peers, team members, supervisors, and upper management, and the opportunities that are presented. We expect all of our employees to challenge, not only themselves but each other; that creates an environment where people are trying to strive for the best as a collective whole.

      Cons

      Our recent focus has been on improving employee engagement and creating flexible environments. We weren't at the forefront of this, nor were we at the forefront of advancing our technology, but we're working hard to catch up and get us where we need to be.

      Continual strive and challenge to improve ourselves, others, our services, and how we create value for society. Very focused on growing and developing people. Company culture is more than posters on walls, but the true success and focus of the company.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic occasionally. Mental model shifts occurring from traditional ways of approaching problems and organizational structures, but not fast enough.
