      Pros

      OPD is almost in a "rural setting" great for those who don't like to sit in constant traffic. the projects they do are usually large enough to keep people busy

      Cons

      certainly feels like a good old boy mentality to the point of its not what you can do and how well, but rather who you know. there is no emphasis on team building as well as an extreme lack of communication.

      Pros

      Solid benefits, a lot of opportunity to move around. There isn't just one way up, and Koch is good at placing you in areas where you'll succeed. If you work hard, get the job done and are creating value, then you'll do great at Koch or any Koch company.

      Cons

      Koch is a large company, so it takes time to understand the various businesses and products. Not a major issue, however.

      Pros

      Completely open to new ideas and willing to give someone the chance to shine. Genuine in their efforts to position people where they can add the most value.

      Cons

      Expectations change so quickly that it can be overwhelming to keep up. Burnout is almost a given. Sometimes there is a thankless feeling to it all.
