      Pros

      Salaries are pretty competitive. They have good benefits. As long as you have a degree you can do well here.

      Cons

      They no longer have pension plan for new hires starting this year. Insurance rates are higher this year and it doesn't seem to be as good.

      Interesting products and industry, strong history, market leader in some areas, private ownership

      Cons

      Living on declining brand name, some management positions filled with focus on meeting government quotas rather than best person for the job, hiring practices not consistently implemented (all jobs not posted), corporate principles not followed at all levels and in all circumstances
