      All around negative experience

      Pros

      Good starting wages. Good vacation time

      Cons

      Advertised mission and ethics of company is not implemented. Apprenticeships are not as advertised. No formal training program. Poor management skills. Toxic work environment . Employees are encouraged to give feedback and then reprimanded or insulted for telling management anything they don’t want to hear. N one is allowed to just… be themselves.

      Preaches about culture, but does nothing when a retaliation-firing occurs.

      Pros

      The idea of the culture and values is awesome and exciting, however when your leadership does not reflect these values, it hurts everyone.

      Cons

      They say they have a zero percent policy on retaliation. However when it happens under their nose and it is shared with HR, they do nothing. Sad to say but HR cannot be trusted. Be careful what you share as it WILL most certainly backfire.

      There are no pros to provide in my opinion.

      Cons

      They don’t value employee feedback. They sell you on falsehoods to get you in the door. They’ll try to get you to buy into the core values that management doesn’t follow. They have no room for growth. No DEI initiatives.
