      1. Nice office space 2. Good office Facilities 3. Good IT Infrastructure

      Cons

      1. No Rewards and Recognition 2. No promotion, only role change. With role change, you work will get changed but your Designation might not get changed, so chances are you may leave the company with same designation after working for 10 years 3. No salary hike om regular interval. It will only be happening as per your yearly review which is not guaranteed every year. Also you will only get salary hike when your manager thinks you have something extra, so you might fall victim of rational decisions.
