      -The company rewards hard work and entrepreneurship -Managers and mid-level staff are supportive and care about developing employees

      Cons

      -For satellite offices HR support is slim to non-existent -Senior and Executive level employees don't take the company's professed culture seriously. Employees are expected not to challenge decisions. -HR policies emphasize the company and profits, not employee wellness or productivity

In regard to employee development, we encourage our employees to take ownership in their career with the help of many resources internally. We believe this approach creates opportunities for each of us to take individual ownership in advancing our careers, as opposed to relying on predetermined career paths or waiting for seniority.
